I love this fan. Had mine a few years and abused it... Still works great! If I didn't have another 2 bucket mister fans, I'd get another one of these.

I'm salty DeWalt replaced their AC-capable fan with a battery-only model. Don't really want to get into another battery ecosystem though.

These fans are nice. Have 2 of these and got a 2 for 1 bucket mister. Highly recommend the mister as well if you keep an eye out.

I actually have dewalt and bought into some ryobi stuff because of the same reason you listed. Wanted the plug on the fan and this was cheap. I also now own a ryobi chemical sprayer i got cheap as well. You can buy a cheap adapter for dewalt battery -> ryobi tool on amazon. I have some of those as well so i could keep most batteries.
