Please do not.

If you need an antenna like this, this is not a good deal.
Consider an alternative like this on clearance for $10:
https://www.walmart.com/ip/TV-Ant.../293871090

Or this one for $3.73:

Have a hard time trusting a product where almost all the reviews are within a few days of each other. Also claims to receive channels hundreds of miles away. Rubbish.

I built mine from dry cleaning hangers and a scrap 2x4 years ago and slammed it in my attic. It usually beats ALL the ones you can buy as it always fetches more channels. I have tried out a few of these but none of the ones you can buy fetch any more channels than my free self built one. Big Grin

In my opinion the biggest most people are not going to be able to make a big difference in the number channels they receive by their choice of antenna without putting up a mast or something extraordinary. You can sometimes make a marginal difference with a better antenna and a cheap signal amplifier, more so by positioning it optimally. The best thing is to have good coverage from the stations.

Mounting height can really make a difference. Attic is up high. We wound up taking down the DirecTV dish and using that same cabling to connect an outdoor rated powered antenna up on the roof. Same antenna used indoors was mediocre but moved to the post on the roof it was much improved.

$35 or $40 was what the outdoor rated antenna cost like 10 years back. Seems like an indoor antenna in 2025 should cost a lot less than $35. Regardless, make sure you play with placement of the antenna. Putting it in a window or up high on the wall can really help reception.

Also if you can find an old school TV antenna that does both UHF VHF and then connect the booster to it you'll have better luck. Some over the air stations are on UHF and others on VHF. Some antennas focus on VHF with very poor UHF reception. YMMV depending on which stations in your area are on UHF or VHF. So funny that even with digital transmission the UHF and VHF still come into play.
