I received email with code (see pic) and confirmed code works for online order, even their $4.99 burgers and dogs. Can also show code to cashier in-store if you don't want to order online. Free burger is equal or less of the two obv. One coupon per check. No reason can't place multiple orders. Nice that no rewards account or app is required. But if you sign up for their rewards you'll get $5 off with $15 purchase.

Many of them shutdown. I remember there was a period of time where they popped up in the two most populated cities in the state that I am in and then poof, they left.

Same here. We had one where I live for about 5 years and then it was gone. Now I would have to go to the next state over to find one.

$10 Bonus card was a No go at today's location. "Not valid with other offers," but will try a different location tomorrow. Anyway, used a regular GC and was OTD for $5.40 for two tasty All-American burgers. They let me add tomatoes on both for free (in-store, not an option online for that burger).
