This says $699, did you mean to link the used set at $344? Unless there is a coupon code you forgot to mention.

Code works, but only on the black. No go on the walnut.

Great price imo - I think the general consensus on these is that they are a good step up from the RP-160 and RP-600mki. I have a pair of mint cherry RP-160 that I picked up a couple years back for cheap from someone local, but I really want to try this newer model, in not-black.

I kind of want to get this to replace my kef q350. My Kef q150 and lsx ii have been great for music, but once I set them up on my home theater tv something felt lacking. The soundstage and the vocal clarity wasn't what I expected. I used to have the klipsch rf 82-ii and loved those. I know klipsch isn't known to be audiophile speakers, but I think hitting measurements isn't everything and maybe their signature is a lot more lively.

I've owned these for about a little over a year. I've used them near field as desktop speakers - IMO they are wonderful with big dynamic sound, crystal clear highs and gives more than enough lows.
I've now moved them to my living room for 2.0 channel TV set up. Replacing an "Atmos" soundbar with surrounds + sub. I completely forget that there is NO subwoofer when I have a movie with explosives playing. I've caught myself turning around to check where I used to have a sub sitting with the old set. These can get aggressive with a bit of EQ.
They are super efficient, easy to drive speakers, most "desktop" size amps will be able to drive these easily. Super happy with my purchase, easy buy imo at this price.

You're going to be disappointed going from kef to Klipsch

Yep, got mine for $299 back in February. Love them. Powering with a SMSL SA300 as desktop PC speakers.

Speakers are subjective, but I ended up returning a set of the Q150s same day because it was immediately clear to me I didn't like them. The RP-600M IIs have fuller sound. The Q150's just sounded.. relatively thin/harsh to me, by comparison.

I've been using these as fronts for over a year and super happy with them. Tried out the sonos ultra for a day and returned Smilie

Waiting for deal on some surround speakers. Or maybe get these speakers for surround?
