If looking for this type of hat and warmth is a top priority, I would recommend going back to basics and just getting a standard issue 100% wool cap. They are plentiful and can be had for $10-$15 at all times. Breathable, anti-microbial, doesn't hold smells, not bogged down by a little bit of moisture, cozy, and exceptionally warm.
Theres a reason why they're used by the military, navy, coastal workers, etc. because they are the absolute best.
