I believe this is Gen1, when Gen2 was recently released
Upgrades in Gen 2:

USB-C Lossless Audio: You can now listen to high-resolution, lossless audio directly via the USB-C cable. On Gen 1, the USB-C port was strictly for charging.
Battery Life: A significant jump to 30 hours (up from 24), making them much better for long-haul travel.
ANC Control: Gen 2 finally allows you to turn Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) completely off. On Gen 1, you were forced to choose between "Quiet" (ANC On) or "Aware" (Transparency), but you couldn't just have the headphones "off" while listening to audio.
Cinema Mode: A new setting for Immersive Audio designed specifically for movies, which reduces the reverb effect found in the music mode for clearer dialogue.
Verdict: If you can find the Gen 1 on sale (often under $300), it is the better value for most people. However, if you want the best possible sound quality via USB-C or need that extra battery life, the Gen 2 is the superior choice.

I had 1st gen I found it uncomfortable! Got then 2nd gen, it's the most comfortable headphone I ever wore. It looks nicer too, but sound quality, can't discern between the two

Has anyone had a side-by-side comparison with the Sony XM6s? Noise cancellation is the most important feature to me

I purchased these Gen1's from Bose in December, expecting to try them and return them for the Gen2's. However I have found them perfectly acceptable in comfort, sound and call quality. There's some helpful tuning info in this video review https://youtu.be/KFOSxzaf-Ds?si=bXb1j51Eh2jVXxru
