No comments? I was hoping someone would weigh in, I've got a couple corded routers but I'd be interested to know if a 4Ah would be enough or if I should look at the other battery deals at the moment.
4Ah is plenty… I use it with a 2Ah as well… you don't run it continuously so the battery drainage is not an issue for most use cases… I prefer the battery unit over my corded since it has a brake, and you don't need to wait for the bit to stop spinning…

This is a good router. Ive used mine a lot. First I bought a Ryobi. It would cut out mid cut and ruin projects. Then bought this and use it a lot. No issues. It just works. Buy once cry once. Once you get use to using a router there are a ton of things you can do w these. I like looking up router jigs on amaazon and Youtube. Always blown away w whats out there.

This isnt the greatest deal, but OK if you're in a pinch to get the router now. The best Dewalt deals I've seen are usually the 2x 5ah + 1,2,or3 tools where youre paying about $100 each ($199,$299,$399, etc)
