To be fair, you are also paying for precision manufacturing, (likely) several layers of QC which is much more extensive compared to most other items this size, R&D, etc plus all the normal stuff that typically gets costed in before any profit is enjoyed. Not like we are talking about a 1lb lead nugget.

But hey, if you can make one for $12, I'll buy 2 Wink
