Reviews are pretty decent but lots of reports of it lacking bass, even considering it's a subwoofer. Also a few reports that built in TV speakers are louder. Probably applies to a higher end TV set, but that might give you an idea of where this ranks. For <$30, worth it, at $43 though.... Meh. I got a JVC 2.1 soundbar with subwoofer here for $25 brand new last year and it definitely punches above its weight.

not sure what happened here, but I wanted to ask what model JVC? I'm looking for a soundbar that just ads a little more to the stock sound, without rattling like the stock TV speakers do.


What would be better? This or the $35 insignia that was posted a few days back?
