Thanks OP. I was just about to order the same one but with 1TB from Costco. This is a way better deal. If you read the description, seller's description claims it is brand new but with a damaged box.

That's really good to hear. It is a great deal. I'm reaching out to other buyers here because I did not receive an iPad Pro (sigh). Just want to make sure it was a mistake and not a scam. I have reached out to seller but no response yet ;(
