My wife passed these earbuds down to me and got some Amazon cheaper workout ones. Not only do these fall out your ears easily but the battery life stated on these are like 2 hours max.

They've been around a long time. Just like most of the refurbished resellers it's a mixed bag. The item could look anywhere from unused new to moderate wear. You got 30 days to return and they pay the shipping. So if it does not pan out just send it back. The bigger question is the beats earbuds. They have mixed reviews. But for this price it's probably worth a roll of dice to see for yourself.

These are good to have as "emergency"/backup earbuds as they easily fit on a keychain since the case is so small.

Had some bad luck with VIP Outlet lately. Last couple of things I bought didn't work at all. Maybe just the luck of the draw...

I can't tell if it is my ear or the ear pieces that came with it, but they always felt like they are about to slide out of my ears, even with changing the ear pieces to larger or smaller.
