If your hands are on the larger side, just keep in mind that this egg mouse might make your hand cramp up over time. Main use for this is in a claw style grip where your palm is not resting on the mouse itself.

Great mouse, just not very ergonomic if you have larger hands.

Are you in MN? I've got the same error, I've seen this issue before mainly with portable monitor deals on here. IIRC for MN it has something to do with brands needing to register with the state since we require brands to charge a deposit fee for ewaste processing of certain products (v similar to the recycling fee you pay when buying car batteries), the process of registering with the state costs money so some smaller Amazon brands don't bother and just don't ship their products here. Bit of a bummer but better for us as a society to encourage recycling of extra-harmful stuff vs ending up in landfills.

it's a good mouse. satisfying clicks. the hyper shift mode is handy. when i hold down the dpi button, the side buttons can be programmed to different keys (i have it set to the enter key for one and ctrl+w for the other)
NIMHs do work, but the mouse prefers batteries with a higher voltage, i.e. the software even after the battery was just charged shows the battery as 50% full. other mice like the Logitech g305 would still work fine even at the 1.2 volt range
