Looking for a (3) piece set of luggage and have been doing some research. I saw in another post you mentioned the Travelers Choice luggage at Costco. Looks like it's currently $199.99 but was on sale around Black Friday for $159.99. I believe it's PC material which is what I want correct?

Correct on all points including that it is polycarbonate.
I had previously reached out directly to the manufacturer for confirmation on that since it was not mentioned on the Costco web site.
(Requesting Shell Material Specification for Model TC09212W (Candlewood II) for which they confirmed it is 100% polycarbonate). Here is the email address for you to ask yourself: [email protected]
And yes, it was $159.99 on Black Friday.
The only issue is that that luggage is so well built that the largest luggage is kind of heavy relatively.

Thanks for the information and the email address. I will continue doing some research and see if something else comes along. Hopefully Costco will put the Candlewood II luggage on sale again soon. Maybe I should hit the weight room and bulk up a bit so I can handle the well built luggage
