The intended purpose of this tool is truly sad. No thumbs given for the deal since I'm not the targeted audience. 10$ steel hoe to 20$ manual oscillating one works fine for me.

You got my thumbs up for advising me the existence of a powered hoe.

Likely the 20v hoe will be the revised version of this when DeWalt or craftsman see it.

Maybe farm terms are regional, but in potato country this is a sodder or a sod glide, not a hoe, but when I look at Home Depot, sod glides, edgers and hoes are all seem to be called by the same generic name.

The design and engineering departments at Ryobi have way too much time on their hands. Some tools need not to exist.

they do have an oscillating tool, or if you want intense butt scratches im sure you could put a buttscratcher in a reciprocating saw lol

Try caulking with a year old bottle of caulk and you will be dropping $40 bucks on a battery powered caulk gun in no time. After caulking the bathroom with this year old bottle, my forearms were as hard as a rock. I bet I was able to arm wrestle the Rock. EEK!

I actually bought one. I had tendonitis and tendinosis in my forearms at a time that I needed to do a bunch of caulking. It was a bit of a pain with the time delay getting it started and getting it stopping and trying to move at a steady pace, but I regret nothing.
