A more realistic list of additions for a FAK like this would include moleskin, sunscreen, petroleum jelly and insect repellant. In a bug out situation, you're going to be spending a lot of time out of doors and doing a lot of walking. Blisters, rashes from chaffing, sunburn and insect bites can be debilitating and are much more likely afflictions in a bug out scenario than gunshot or stab wounds.
Just my opinion, of course. Not saying there aren't bug out situations that might theoretically involve armed confrontations. But based on actual, real life disasters/emergencies that have led to mass displacements, it's not all that likely. And in any case, your emphasis should be avoiding such confrontations.
