The 11-in-1 is on sale at Costco for like $80, I'm heavily tempted to buy it. Anybody can't speak to how well that model or this 8-in-1 works? Hard to imagine how the souvide function works, that requires moving water I far as I know and this thing doesn't have any sort of spinning contraption in it

If the inner pot was stainless steel I would have went for it, but since I believe its aluminum I will pass. A lot of the Ninja products stain very easily when they use weird materials for the inner pots of their items like my pressure/air fryer . I wish they would just use stainless steel on everything so we would not have to buy them separate from a third party.

Did you pick one up? I did yesterday. Looking forward to testing it out. I want it to replace my old fashion crock pot.

Tried out the slow cook function tonight on pork tenderloin and apples. Was hoping what I read about people saying low felt like it was too low wouldn't turn out to be true but alas I think it is... the pot never got fall apart tender even after a full 6 hours. And my crock pot on low will easily boil liquid but I never saw the liquid boil. It's hot enough but not as hot as an old school crock pot. Much more testing to come

So last nights dinner was homemade chicken pot pie. Came out great. Sauted the veggies, then stirred in and heated up the chicken and seasonings, then put the homemade crust topping on top and set the pot to baking at 350 degrees. All of this done in one pot on my kitchen counter... And it kept the whole thing warm at the perfect temp for like 3 hours. I like this thing now. Planning to test the high slow cook and "sous vide" today or tomorrow
