This always help my daughters for growing pain's if light massage does not help, I just use a very small amount of this.

Be careful with this medication, it is no joke and could have side effects.. it works great for tennis elbow and carpal tunnel pain, but takes several days to begin reducing pain.. be extra careful with kids
