Do they make a fan that plugs into AC too? A combo unit if you will. Or do they only make battery only fans?

This one does. That's what "hybrid" refers to. You can plug a regular extension cord into it or use a battery.

Yep, that's exactly what this one is.
On the backside behind the battery is two prongs to plug in an extension cord...

Highly recommend this if you have kids in soccer and baseball for those hot days. Will need bigger battery for long days. I use a Dewalt battery adapter and use my Dewalt batteries.
