Not sure about the version and whether it is a costco exclusive, but FWIW I got these during the Black Friday/Christmas time and I LOVE them!

Great audio (from what I can tell, I'm not an audiophile though) and they are SO comfy! I often fall asleep with them and wake up without any discomfort. Some days I'd be wearing them and end up turning off whatever I was listening to and then end up walking around with them on cuz I forgot still had them on.

Compared to another pair of Anker ones (soundcore something) which were much cheaper but get uncomfortable after a short while.
