High precision? I feel like i wasted money on regular Anycubic petg. Now i want high precision probably for no reason

As mentioned in another post, that price did not include shipping so other spools are cheaper.

I'd recommend any brand as they pretty much all come from a few large factories that make filament for most brands. If you buy from Amazon, you simply return it within 30 days for a refund. I've used probably 50 off brands, never with any problems. I've only ever had one real issue and that was with a very well known brand. Meaning, it is simply the law of large numbers.
