Some thoughts on my end. The last point isn't always a problem. I have the omen max 5070 TI and both the CPU and GPU tend to hang out around 83 at high usage (cyberpunk at qhd+, max settings). CPU has spiked to 100 once or twice but it is very rare. Usually when there is a lag between usage and fans kicking in during odd circumstances.
If you do get this, it might help to repaste if you are comfortable with it. A successful repaste will almost certainly eliminate issues.
You could also get an extended warranty (e.g. 3 years) so HP foots the bill of an issue like that.
Either way, I would monitor temps with hwinfo every now and again to see if temps or healthy or if they are more 90s and above with thermal throttling occuring

I got the Good and it looks brand spanking new on the computer, the charger brick has minor scuffs. The guy told me sometimes they mark the condition based on the OUTSIDE box and it wasn't in a great shape. It should have been fair then I said. Hah.
The "Fair" one was too far, I would have tried that one to save $200 from excellent.
Damn Windows has so much commercial and bloatware and.... I hate I have to wait for updates to download on the first reboot. LOL.
Once thing I noticed, it seems to not want to boot up quickly when I didn't have the charger on, will check if it's battery that w as just drained when I can actually see the battery (After update and login).
Got 14 days bestbuy return period to beat the hell out of this thing to make sure it has no real issues.
HEAVY. my god this thing is bigger and heaver than 16" MacBook Pro
5.9 lbs vs. 4'7. holy smoke I felt the heft when I took it out of the box.
The brick is humongous - 340W? damn.
How damn I can run GSS-20B model and get 75.11 tok/sec That's actually usable for decent local AI work.
