It's the same thing as the regular Anker 45W nano charger. Just added an extra wattage meter screen. Not worth the price bump

This has a screen and an option to change to a temperature protection setting that is potentially quite useful. The heat from charging does degrade a battery over time. I'd have to see longterm tests to know how much battery health is saved in doing this, but that is a nice feature.So you can see exactly how much wattage is being supplied, it has the ability to charge from multiple positions (and fold away), and it helps protect the battery. For $30, I think it's a quality option.
