My garage opener broke and when searching for a replacement I stumbled across this clearance price at the Lowe's in Thomasville GA. All the stores in Tallahassee still sell them at $399. The price is in store only. If you select the Thomasville GA store you can see the clearance pice. Perhaps a store near you is selling them at the clearance price too! Quite good luck at a time I needed it!

I just picked up two in Austin Texas (Shoal Creek Lowe's, last two on the floor but the employee said their stock showed 4 - so who knows). thank you for this alert.

Sweet thanks for posting this. I bought this exact one last week when it was on sale for $319, even to the store today got a refund for that one and bought another one to have even my other opener fails.

You may want to go and try get a price adjustment. It is $159 now.

how did you do this? I called HD and they wouldn't match the Lowe's in store pickup price for an online HD order.
