Well I assure you MY 911 Fee was almost $20 on it's own. Yes when I renewed I used an ohio walgreens address along with a privacy.com virtual cc locked down to $70 and one time usage to prevent any "auto renewals". Same for any of those promotional offers you see that always require auto renewal.
Just pick some of the sales tax free states and see what 911 fee it wants to charge. Doesn't need to be ohio.
