How can you get to 2500 sms if it's max 500 per month?
I worked with support for two hours with 2 different eSIM that kept telling me they were already activated on another device
I finally got the ticket number and put in for a refund. I can't spend all day trying to get it to work

do u remember what price the 10gb was before?
Use Google voice voicemail. For that matter put your number on google voice and let it forward to whatever number they assign (as an added bonus pick an out of state zip code/area code so you can tell at a glance if the call direct dialed you or went through google voice. I blacklist the entire area code I use in a spamblocker app) Using google voice lets you use new customer promo's all the time. The only annoyance will be using the google voice app for sms.
Also is can you pay for more messages if you go over 2500?
Oh, just noticed the $75 , that might be better. I like to use two sims to have data backup, one on VZW and one on TMO
I currently have Fi on prime and Visible as backup for data on their annual plan. I want to get my main number off Fi though I still have a few more months of credit but if I port to Visible main number to Visible now I will have to port out an in most likely in 3 months because annual renewal sucks. So wonder if its worthwhile to port from Fi which is also on T-Mobile to this and if I come close to 10gb I can just use Visible for data
Or use Visible for main and just use this for backup , but like I said I'll have to port back and forth
Best bet might just to be to wait until my Visible deal is up and see if a similar deal is around in 4 mo

After wasting 2 hours with their support, I asked for a refund and was refunded $11 less than I was charged.
I've demanded a full refund and will be turning this fraud over to my credit card if they don't make things right.
