Ordered SIM card on 1/23 but did not receive it yet. Not tracking info also.
[update] Called the CSR and was told something wrong with their system. Then offer me eSIM for instant activation but I rejected. 5 hours later received email with re-shipment tracking information. However, it showed wrong destination and shipment arrive on 12/16/2025. 1 hours later received the correct tracking information show arrive tomorrow.

It is strange that they sent me a 2"x2" sim in a big 18"x18" box. If they put it in a letter size envelop the stamp would cost about 50 cents instead of the $3 they charged me for shipping.

If I purchase an eSim, does it mean that
it will be activated immediately after the ordering?
- Then no such an "Waiting for Activation" period between ordering and activation weeks later,
as pSim did?

about the $2 SIM on Amazon, So I bought the $49 plan, Tmobile-Style, and chose eSIM, now going to buy the $2 Amazon Tmobile-Style SIM, how do I activate that $2 Amazon SIM if I already chose eSIM when i bought the plan? will they charge me a fee? if so, I will just do the eSIM and skip buying the $2 Amazon SIM. And just to confirm, i bought the plan today but want to activate it and port in my number on February 26th as I have a plan elsewhere till then, so my 1 year will start on the day I activate the SIM or eSIM? Thank you for this deal and all the good info...

We haven't been with Red Pocket for a few years now, but I left them due to their tech support being unable to get their data working on my phone & blaming it on my phone's "incompatibility". I finally got it working MYSELF by adding a 2nd APN to the phone. Anyway, We have now been with Infimobile for a couple years now & I can say without hesitation that the Verizon variant of Infimobile is WAY better than Red Pocket was(back when I left them at least) & is a lot cheaper as well for comparable service plans..... I just wish they would add the AT&T network to their service offerings...It's my favorite network.
I tried to setup a friend who wanted to go the Verizon route on RP and the same crapshow happened with us. Support was hair-pullingly bad and kept saying the phone (a brand new iPhone) was not compatible. From what I gathered after the event, it had something to do with a Verizon network switch or something but they made zero effort to help. It made me look like a fool and doomed my friend to never wanting to try a an MVNO.

No, the eSim is not activated immediately. You'll receive an order number via e-mail. You'll need that to go back to the website to activate the plan when ready.

I had ordered a new vanity number via NumberBarn on Friday night, but it would not activate on Infimobile. I tried again Monday, and the number was ported and service activated in less than an hour, so give it some time after ordering a new number.

Thanks for the answer.

I tried to use the eSim on my Google Watch. B/c the watch's IMEI had passed the eSim check, then I bought it and got the confirmation email.

But when I asked infimobile chat to activate it on the watch, I was told (by the chatbot I suppose) that infimobile eSim did NOT support smart watch, which really shocked me.

So anyone knows it supports Google Watch or not? If not supported, why the IMEI check can pass?

What shall I do then? Just activate the eSim anyway, wait for the QR email, and scan the QR for the watch?

Stay away from this scam MVNO. I have a 12 moth unlimited plan. After 6 weeks line got "restricted". Contacted support via several chat sessions and calls. Voice and sms got unlocked with no data. Customer support offer to give me port out information with no refund. Hard to chat or talk with a human.
