The RAM is worth $300 by itself.

What exactly is a "Deep Scan" of your config? Was it in the OS Layer? Bios Layer? How does one go about doing that?
I ran the free Bitdefender (which I think detected 3, but memory fuzzy), then a BIOS update. Of course, an MS Win wipe and install is about as tried-and-true as you can get.
The malware is a weird thing for such a solid little mini.

Man you weren't kidding, new sets of 2x16GB 4800mhz SODIMMs on Amazon are all listed for like $330-$400... just crazy how much prices have legit quadrupled in only a few months. Quite shocking that bosgame hasn't updated pricing on these to reflect market conditions, with current prices it would not be difficult to resell the RAM and SSDs and recoup (or even exceed) this $390 price. Hope any folks that legitimately needs a system like this are able to snag one before the flippers eventually buy up the stock, it's gonna be another rough few years for computer hardware enthusiasts y'all. 🫠

There is a Kamrui also on the FP. How are folks deciding between the 2?

I actually bought the Kamrui H1 and just bought the Bosgame too, will be doing some testing to see which one to keep.

The 6800H is older, slower in single core, and seems to have implementation issues where companies cut corners (Beelink SER gives you a tiny AC adapter and limits power via BIOS). I haven't tested the H1 yet to see.

The Bosgame is newer but consumes more power and video is weaker (yet it supports 8k and USB4). I'd also rather have more USB ports than dual NIC.

Another thing to consider - Kamrui RAM is soldered on. Bosgame can be upgraded.

Thanks! Didn't realize the Kamrui is soldered on, that definitely a big minus.
If you're able to follow up with your thoughts it would be appreciated

This device would be the best substitude for all the available TV Box out there.
Nah. Nvidia Shield can't be beat for the price and the capabilities.
