Since then I found I could custom order mild + diopter lenses without a prescription in the frame of my choice from a place like Zenni Optical for about the same cost. I'd highly recommend considering doing that over buying one of these.

I bought 3 pair and keep them around the house. Use them for reading, my laptop and gaming.

When I got my prescription blue light glasses, it was literally the next where I no longer got that fatigue.
I run color changing software like f.lux and it also does a tremendous job for me personally not getting eye strain /fatigue.
Running amber temperature light bulbs in my house also plays a big role for me in that regards as well.

Though as I mentioned in my other post, I have a theory that maybe it being initially easier on your eyes has a weird side-effect in that you blink less and that can cause notable dryness/strain itself. Just an inkling I had when I used to use them a lot. I might be totally wrong, or it might just apply to me.
Pro tip if you do order from Zenni, though: You can't specify the PD if you select "Readers"- those will come with a stock 63mm. Instead you need to select the "Single Vision" option. I wasn't asked to provide proof of a prescription for positive diopter lenses, and could specify the PD measurement I read off of the "phoropter" the last time I did an eye exam at the optometrist.
I'll take the recommendation of multiple doctors over internet random especially when they fix my issue. Are you saying if I have some sort of eye disorder that blue light glasses actually work? Then that means they work.
I do have high astigmatism. When I wear contacts (very rarely, generally only to wear goggles) I will still get the fatigue if at work all day. The blue light glasses literally fix my "computer vision syndrome".

No functional difference. They all do nothing equally well.
