Bali itself is touristy, but you can take day trips to other areas. I loved the people in Bali and the local food is awesome. Getting rice plates with various dishes at a Muslim warung for under $2 is unbeatable.
Specific to this deal, hotels in the Nusa Dua area are nice and usually pricey!! We didn't stay in that area because of that, instead we stayed in the Kuta area for around $100/night at a very nice resort. $200/night seems to be a good price, but do a compare on Expedia for hotels in the same area to see how good the deal is.

Is bali a tourist trap? Yes
Is it still beautiful? Yes
Is it worth the trip? I wouldnt do the flight there from north america, especially eastern usa for less than 10 days
Its a hustle and bustle type of place but traveling within is at snail pace. You can spend 3 hours driving 10 miles across town
With that said, i encourage anyone that likes to travel to experience bali at least once. Their hindu-centric culture is an outlier even to other indonesians, the food alone is worth the trip, and theres an abundance of both natural and prehistorical beauty all around
Since 2020 and russian war, its been an even higher influx of white people so dont expect to not see any, if thats your thing
As for the deal itself, it's been decades since I've been to Bali. But for reference I did go to Surabaya a couple years ago and for a very nice four star Marriott hotel was only about $80. Prices are much cheaper over there. So for $200/night seems quite expensive. As for if it's worth it or not you'd have to do some research. Your flight is going to be the most expensive part of your trip. Here's a quick tip. If you go through a travel agent they may be able to book flights that go through a carrier that flies to Asia as one flight. So even though I took JetBlue to JFK and then Singapore Air I didn't have to pay for my luggage for my connecting flights which saved me hundreds of dollars.
