Health insurance is a scam that lowers quality of healthcare and makes it profit driven, not patient driven. Treatments instead of cures.

If you have to use an insurance card then it's not free . Somebody's paying for this - guess what it's you ( either in the long run or the short run )

Bad weekend to do this...lots of Walmarts are cleaned out form the massive snowstorm hitting the south/east.

$2 worth of samples and how much time wasted so I can be told that I'm as unhealthy as I already know?

Considering you would be paying for the insurance one way or another, this is still free.

If you are referring to an Annual screening, with most insurance it will be a $0 copay but they order a bunch of labs as well, so you still need to pay for the labs and then Dr. will have a follow-up to go over lab results quickly in 2 minutes and charge you the copay for that 2 minutes.. 😄

Vaccines are usually free with your insurance. You're paying for healthcare regardless, so might as well take advantage of $0 co-pays on some things.

Labs cost, yes. The follow-up is free if they just message you the results in the online portal. That's how it is with my PCP at least.

Most insurances have 0 copay on these anyway. The samples are what you get for choosing them. I am not ditching my pcp for some liquid IV samples.

Hey, if this gets people to do something good for their health we should be all for it. Not everyone visits the doctor regularly, but they might already be going to Walmart.

I hope this helps those that need the motivation or convenience to take a healthy step forward.
