In my area, a Famous Bowl regular price is $5 (I think they just lowered the price and this is their current promotion). The additional discount to $3.99 is not bad.
Edit: I think YMMV. I do not see this in offers.

A dollar off is a dollar off. Not bad at all! might edit original post to include that one must have them scan the barcode on the image of the coupon attached. Thanks for posting this, love me some KFC.
