I think it's just a picture of a real person's cat in front of the fireplace they were talking about because they wanted to show off. They might have fed it into AI for the Santa hat but the reviewer also talks about buying and using the heating pad. Personally, I think it's a legit review made by an eccentric person. The picture with their review was probably their profile picture for a few months too.
