I have this and the quality is awful, not sure if it needs lubrication but it definitely does not slide smoothly

I have one too, the support bar was crooked. It functions ok but as the weights start to slip off to the side, it becomes unbalanced and doesn't move as smoothly. Still better than nothing I guess.

i have one, and it works fine. Just plate loaded instead of most pulley machines that are already weights stacked, but it works and im happy.

I bought one used and had the same issue, but it was set outdoor by the previous owner and they weren't actively using it.

I oiled the cable and it was working normally afterwards, no issues.

I have had this for over a year. It functions properly with no issues. Note that if you assemble it improperly, there will be issues. I have seen people run cables improperly on pulley systems and then blame the manufacturer for their own assembly mistakes. Also, for this setup, you must pull the top pulley almost straight down. If you move away by more than about 10 degrees, the cable will rub against the frame.

I have had this on my cage for 18 months, it works great, I like that it has lower attachments so I can do seated floor rows, and then I can also do tricep pushdowns with different attachments. You can use both Olympic and standard weights on this. I feel like it needs some kind of lube on the rollers at this point.

I've had this attachment for a couple years, and while it's not great, it does work as expected. No binding or roughness.

I wish the cable crossover add on would make an appearance again though.

I have this, bought it around Christmas. Assembly was easy, and the quality is way better than the $160 would advertise.
Use lithium grease on every moving part and you won't have a problem with friction.

This is an excellent piece of kit for this price. Just don't buy the extra weight pegs, they don't fit on the cage.

What attachments are included? I'm assuming it's just the one shown in the photo.

I have a similar one - add same weight to each side of sled for smoother operation. Unless you buy an expensive ball-bearing based weight stack, this is ok. Lube all parts with proper type of lube.
