This has been on sale a few times in the past at this price but is constantly it sold out. I just picked one up last night and it seems to have been shipped already
Price usually between $99-$149 but consistently out of stock.
Dumb question, I guess, but this should function as any kind of pulley, right? Tricep extension, one-armed cable crossover/flye, and so on?
Looks to be fixed in the upper position, and I assume the lower bar is for foot locking? I've only used lat pulls in the gym with thigh bolsters, so this is new territory.

Yes i highly recommend adding this or similar. Tons of diy cable systems and attachments available if u missed it. Cable/Isolation exercises r incredible for building muscle

Thanks, I've been 100% home workouts for about 6-7 years and cables are one of the hardest things to find (or make space for). But they add so much flexibility and variety to the usual free weight workouts. Sometimes you just get sick of the same old bent rows
Plus rehab and accessory work — shoulder rotations are much better with cables than free weights because it's a more consistent and linear resistance. Or even things like deltoid raises (front or lateral) or the seated row.

For sure. Definitely check up some of renaissance periodization and jeff nippards vids on isolation/cable exercises(if u havent). If you search "gym cable pulleys" on a shopping site u can find a bunch. I purchased "fitbeast pulley system" and am very happy with it. U can hang it from ur cage or screw eye hooks into studs in ur wall. Super smooth but any brand will work. I would buy at least 1 wrist cuff attachment too. So worth. Good luck 💪💪💪

Sadly, I purchased this on sale at $60 about a week before this sale, it finally arrived yesterday, but was damaged, all bent up, so I had to reject the delivery. Walmart would only refund me the sale price, and not replace it, so looks like I'm not buying this again now at full price.
