Love giving new stuff a go. I've been a sucker for the Propel packets (cherry is the best). Blue razz and cherry pom sound like fun flavors.

I thought I had found a good cheaper liquid IV alternative, but this is not that. This is probably the equivalent of Gatorade or similar sports drink electrolyte thing.
Liquid IV has higher and a well tested balance of electrolytes that promotes fastest hydration when dehydrated. I've taken it when going on hikes or hot days when I'm going to be in the sun (think like amusement park all day) & it's helped me noticeably more than Gatorade/water/soda etc. Still trying to find a lower cost alternative because ~$1/pack of liquid IV is such a rip.. lmk if anyone knows of a decent liquid IV replacement

I'll give it a try but need to read reviews first.

Why is this not that? Its 3x more electrolytes than Gatorade, dont just word spew back up what you are hating on with facts. Seems like its just your opinion.

I've been using this brands tub of electrolyte powder for years now. It needs a dash of good salt with the scoop but otherwise good stuff. No offensive flavors and uses Stevia instead of worse alternatives. MUCH cheaper too.

I was just in CVS and they're selling a box of 6 for about $4 per pack ($24 for the box). I couldn't believe it. You're right that they're very good but overpriced even seeing $1/pack.

I bought the tub of peach mango. It's ok but doesn't mix completely. I think the recommended flavor at that time was pink lemonade. I won't get PM again

Try the drip drop brand. Or you could go with electrolyte pills, would be way cheaper

Only CherryPom worked for me, the last one I was interested in, but what the heck, I'll try! Thanks, op!

Not even comparable (LMNT, Gatorade, Liquid IV). Key has more of everything EXCEPT salt. You need to add 1/4 to 1/2 tsp and you have the best cheapest electrolyte drink I've found.

This is crazytown. The only think Liquid IV is better with is sodium (add 1/2 tsp of table salt). The B vitamins I could take or leave. You're bringing a scalpel to an axe fight. And taste. Liquid IV tastes amazing.
You know what's even better? 1 tsp of sugar with the key mix. Just 16 calories and it tastes 90% as good as Liquid IV.
I have Liquid IV packets for when I'm on the go (500mg sodium). I have a tub of Key at the house (I can add my own salt).
I kind of HATE paying $1+ when I can be paying $0.40.

Good points - always disappointed when I see sucralose in the ingredients list.
.
Also, people are too hung up with an either ALL or NONE approach. I don't care for strict flavoring, so I mix 50/50 Liquid IV with this and so I get the cost benefit and the hydration benefits of both.

You wont beat the electrolytes found in Body Armor Flash IV (or Flash IV Zero) - 2300 mg (liquid iv has around 1000 mg in each packet) per 20 oz plus near or above 100% Daily Value on most vitamins - if you have to have packets they are always on sale less than $1 but the bottles are well mixed and taste much better esp when you are considering the amount of electrolytes you are ingesting. My girl has to dilute them with water a bit to get them down. Full sugar is only 22g of carbs which is lower than any full sugar sports drink.Propel/Gatorade/Powerade/Liquid IV in the same ounces have a percentage of the electrolytes and cost nearly the same or more. Only thing that comes close is Pedialyte 12 oz has about 1000 mg more and tastes like trash diluted or not
