Was shopping for E 325, but this is cheaper and will use the griddle for sure. Wanted the Sear Zone options both have.

Biggest differences between this and other 425 models (e.g., EP-425, S-425) are that it lacks the 4 caster wheels (only 2 wheel; E-425C is the same thing but w/casters), the digital thermometer, and stainless steel finishes.
Definitely use the insert griddle rather then lug out my lodge cast iron griddle. Even if for onions and veggies. Pretty pumped up for addon.
