Bought the 3 license version late last year from these guys. Activated fine initially but later on gets revoked. And it just so happens it's pass their 30 days refund policy.
If you want to roll the dice, go for it. As long as you're online Microsoft can revoke abused keys at any given time.

Thank you for letting us know that this does not provide a linked to download from Microsoft with a linked to download from Microsoft with an install key. Having to install some other software sounds very suspicious. It sounds like this could potentially be malware. Another example of, if it sounds too good to be true it probably is?

I my recent experience purchasing these keys in the last couple months is that the key stops working and Microsoft states that it's not the correct type of license. I would not recommend.
