I never get that mixed metric /sae sets.
It's like purchasing two sets when you only need one.
Either but metric or but sae.

Good deal! I bought mine mid last year for $10 more ...came in handy quite a few times in the house. Easy to take bits out and put them back in.
Note that the lid/cover is a bit flimsy, so do not throw the case around roughly

What's the point of impact nut drivers? In comparison to say impact sockets for an impact wrench? It seems like they'd be far weaker than impact sockets because of how they attach to the device and the small bit portion. I don't understand all of the physics at play and the other factors (why I ask lol). If I was forced to draw a conclusion it's adding impact capacity to maybe get a bit more torque potential out of a driver/impact driver because you don't own an impact wrench.

So they dont shatter like non-impact. For those who do not have impact wrench

I understand your point. I use these to help start nuts without losing them. The magnet is really useful. I'm at a loss for the usefulness of the non magnetic deep drivers as well. But for the price I can afford it.

For average homeowners this will be sufficient so that they don't need to buy an impact wrench

When it comes to tools, it's better to have everything because if you don't, you'll almost certainly miss exactly that when working on a something.
