And I have no idea in what world you are getting your info. The best gaming CPU is the ryzen 7 9800x3d.
Intel is under investigation but for defective hardware.
AMD has a GPU to outclass Intel in about everything. The only place I think you could have the discussion is for ai and machine learning stuff. Intel has some decent progress there.
I'm very curious where you got that notion or what proof you have of it cause by about ever metric I can think of AMD is killing Intel and even more so when you factor in pricing
