Think it was $1316 on Amazon a couple weeks ago. Much easier returns imo. If they brought back the deal for 1k then that would be a steal.

People reported their $1000 order got cancelled so it wasn't that much of a deal.

Still overpriced. My 34" OLED UW was $1500 when I bought it 4 years ago and is now $450. Early adoption isn't worth it anymore lol.

LG emailed individual codes to people on their mailing list. Then some receivers of that email decided to post their codes online for the world to use. LG's system got triggered for people abusing individual codes and cancelled those orders. I received the code via email and bought one as a gift for a family member several days after the chaos and received mine.

This is the most incredible monitor I've ever owned by far! My first oled monitor can't go back now. Everything else in the house looks like crap compared to this unfortunately. Gaming on this thing is absolutely insane.

Monitors aren't investments--they're depreciating assets like all of your other electronics. You got four years of use out of it and can still get $450 for it. That's pretty good.

I think this has the 800r (super aggressive) curve. I returned an LG monitor recently because the really sharp curve can be pretty disorientating. If you're interested in this monitor, just be aware that there isn't just a slight curve to the monitor... it is VERY aggressive. Great for racing games... but can be tough to get used to for some other games or using it as a monitor for (text heavy) work.
