Only 5Gbps FYI so it's good for HDDs but probably not great for SSDs

I'd really hope the reviews about 30mb/s aren't accurate. That is USB 2.0 speed....

I have this. The speed is good. The issue is that the fan never turns off, even after the PC goes to sleep and the drives shut off, the housing fan keeps running unless you manually power it off. If you don't mind manually powering it off and on every time you want to use it, then no problem, I guess.

The fan is not user serviceable. The housing is connected to the frame with adhesive (not screws) so you can't replace or remove the fan. My solution was to run it into a closet but you shouldn't have to do that. I don't recommend this.

That's too bad, the previous versions were all screwed on, but on the other hand the chipsets sucked.

I wonder how hard it would be to replace the fan with a Noctua fan.

I bought the similar model, 3559RU3, which has screws in the back (assuming that you can take apart and replace the fan). The speed is the typical 5gbps enclosure speed. The best part of this enclosure is you can set up different raid (for example raid 5 with drive 1 to 3 and raid 0 with drive 4 and 5) with different drives and the raid is saved on the enclosure.
