Very YMMV and if you have a HD close it might just be worth stopping to check.
I have two Home Depots about equal distance from my house, one has these on clearance for $15/bag currently and the other still has them at full price. If I check on the website or app, it doesn't list it in stock at any of the stores around me.

Picked up 6 bags for $7.50 each at Armitage and Cicero in Chicago. They have 30 or so left outside in garden area. Will have to dig through the pallet as the top ones have torn bags.
Try zip code 60606. The south loop location shows they have two left at $7.50 each.
