Thanks, great deal. The Kobalt 80v outdoor tools may not be as popular as others, I love my mower and the old 2.5ah batteries are not really holding a charge as long as they us3d to. I have been waiting for a good deal on a bigger battery for it. The 80v batteries seldom go on sale. I have been very happy with the kobalt 80v tools I have.

Tempted... I only have the 2Ah ones right now and they are getting old and have to swap them out often. Unfortunate that you can't do pickup to avoid the $15 hazardous material fee.

I'm able to do pickup without any fees. Try ship to store.

a quick search will find videos, I tried it on an older battery and made a mess but it worked. You're just adding channels for the battery guides that are in slightly different places to prevent easy swaps...

Wonder if it's location based? The pickup option is greyed out for me and only showing me ship to home for free with that $15 fee or the $79 home delivery option

We also have the 80v mower and the batteries are 2.5ah. They aren't holding a charge like the used to. Ordered!
