He didn't say anything about Inui, at least the vid I watched. I'm not sure what this person is suggesting. Cheap batteries are a concern, but Inui and Anker are more popular brands with necessary safety components. I suspect the person making this comment does not have familiarity with Inui.
I have two of their batteries and I like them, I have had no issues at all. keep in mind this one has the detachable cord (easy to lose). They have a model where the cord is hard wired, I prefer that one.
