Thermalright via Amazon [amazon.com] has the Thermalright Royal Knight 120 SE CPU Air Cooler,6 Heat Pipes Dual Towers Cooler, with Dual PWM Fans,1500RPM Speed,Desktop Cooler for Intel 1700/1851/115X/1200,AMD:AM4/AM5 for $19.87 free shipping for prime members.

Looks like this is like a peerless assassin with a shorter 120mm which gives you more room for ram clearance. Should perform about as good.

I don't think this will be as good as a peerless. It's likely to be similar to a coolermaster hyper 620s or 622

Peerless assasin has 2 89CFM (2.1 H2O) fans. The royal knight has a 66 (1.53 H2O) and a 59cfm (1.24 H2O) fan. Peerless should move more air.

This is pretty solid for the price if going with a more efficient CPU like a lot of the Ryzen chips that don't necessarily need the cooling power of the Peerless and want to save ~$15 or so (Peerless usually goes on sale for around $35). Can also cool many of the more power hungry chips if not overclocking and don't mind the increase in fan noise (I have an air purifier running at all times that is louder than my PC's fans to put it into perspective).

If you're going for a higher wattage chip or boosting clocks, I'd probably still go for the Peerless, but something like the 9600X should do fine with this (overkill honestly). Looks like it can cool up to 222W effectively, which is low for a dual tower but probably more than enough for a lot of chips: https://www.tomshardware.com/pc-c...-se-review

They really shouldn't have cheaped out so much on the fans but at $20 I can't really complain. At MSRP it sucks though. Just overall an odd double tower cooler that's overkill for lower wattage CPUs where a single tower would work, but then a bit weak for higher wattage ones.

There is something to be said for leaving meat on the bone (fan-wise) because a person who buys this could very easily upgrade the fans later down the line without needing to completely replace the heatsink and repaste etc.
For sure the Peerless is a better deal right now, since it's in the $30 range. For $20 though this is a great deal.

This is a good budget brand. For the money it's worth it. I own 20 plus fans make by thermalright.

This is great price if you want a dual tower that doesn't block the RAM. Very similar to Scythe Fuma.

I tried this cooler but it felt more of a side grade compared to my Burst Assassin two fan set up. It was about 2-3 degrees cooler with the Royal Knight. My CPU is 5700x3D.
