I believe they're very similar in total size (if not practically the same). hard to say which one is bigger without having both in front of me. this one is for sure lighter than 8bitdo's offering though.

This is definitely small. I wish there was this size with 2 joysticks. But good for most older system emulation. I got an inee for $25, smallest i could find with 2 joysticks. Turbo button is nice for grinding in most rpgs.

Would grab if I didnt think it'd get lost due to weather
