Can you provide additional details/screenshots/emails?
Perhaps you already redeemed the $5 off $30 on a previous purchase?
In the attached Order Summary, you can clearly see the $26 savings ($21 for coupons and $5 promotion).

I didn't submit the order yet. I didn't see the $5 promotion throughout the checkout, just the $21. I never used the promotion before. I'll order later with or without. Thanks.

Good deal matched what I paid from Amazon in April of 25. Can double the coupons too. Bj's usually never has no minimum free shipping either. Thanks.

I had to set the order for pickup to see that extra $5 off.
