To be clear, this will let you attach a shower head to your garden hose, eg so you can shower using water from the hose. It will not let you hook up a hose to your shower (eg to hose using water from the shower).

What an odd item to see here. And the price isn't anything too special, as the $10 regular price is purely fictional. They're like $6 at hardware stores, or $7 for 2-packs online, so this is decent but I wouldn't call it slick, and it occupies a pretty small niche here.
