they are more of a pain than the gladiator version which just drop into place, but they are less than a quarter the price. I wouldn't say hard, just more time to assemble

I was wondering the same. I have a 72"H cheapy plastic thing and needed something stronger but taller too to take advantage of the high garage ceilings.

If you do that, I would 100% recommended attaching to the wall to prevent tipping.

The gorilla shelf would be good for small things or lots of light things. Shelves that aren't steel or wire will eventually sag over time. I use these kinds of shelf systems to store garage air compressors, lawn mowers etc so weight is an issue over time.

I returned a different item and VIP outlet received it over 2 weeks ago
I have still not received my refund.
I am guessing I will have to have ebay step in an refund me
i will never do business with this company again.
