Two problems for me - first, its $199.99 and this is 10 minutes ago so may have been a Newegg oops. Second, this is ATX3.0 not 3.1 so your GPU power connector is not as safe as a 3.1. If you are buying a 1200W PSU, you are likely powering a high end GPU or will in the near future. I'm out.
